Philippe Cullet

Philippe Cullet is Professor of International and Environmental Law at SOAS University of London, specialising in environmental governance, water and sanitation, climate justice, and environmental human rights. He convenes the Law, Environment and Development Centre and edits the Law, Environment and Development Journal. His work spans international law and India, including advisory roles for the Government of India, and he currently leads a European Research Council–funded research project on water conflicts in South Asia.
