Rachel Schneider

Rachel Schneider is Vice President of Sustainability & EHS at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where she leads the company’s global sustainability and ESG strategy and oversees environmental, health and safety across the Americas. She previously led sustainability and strategic initiatives at Harley-Davidson and began her career in environmental law. Rachel holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the illuminem Leaders Cohort.
