Himani Todi

Himani Todi is an independent researcher specialising in India’s public finance and digital public infrastructure. She is the co-author, with Dr Jagbir Singh Kadyan of the Centre for Socio-economic and Sustainability Research, New Delhi, of “Tax Dependency and Fiscal Synchronization: A Statistical Analysis of Revenue-Expenditure Dynamics”. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
