Sarah Palmisano

Sarah Palmisano is Director of ESG Program Management at Ulta Beauty, where she supports the company’s environmental, social and governance strategy and reporting. Her work includes advancing Ulta Beauty’s environmental initiatives, sustainable packaging efforts and broader ESG programmes. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science & Policy from the University of Chicago and a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute. She is a member of the illuminem Leaders Cohort.
