Peter Underwood is a Senior Lecturer at Auckland Law School, specialising in corporate law and governance. His research explores shareholder–stakeholder tensions, corporate group legitimacy, and the intersection of technology and corporate law. Peter holds a PhD from the University of Exeter and previously lectured at Exeter Law School, where he co-directed the Research Centre for Commercial and Company Law. He teaches Corporate Governance on the LLB programme and welcomes collaboration in his fields of interest.
