Roger Abravanel

Roger is Director Emeritus at McKinsey, where he has led global projects for over 35 years. He has served on the boards of Luxottica, Teva, Admiral, COFIDE, and COESIA, and currently sits on the boards of BNL/BNP, Genenta, Phoenix, Caesarstone, and Digitail. He is also a Senior Advisor to Centerbridge, a best-selling author, and a columnist for Corriere della Sera, with a focus on meritocracy, governance, and climate policy.
