Mariya Parodi

Mariya Parodi is the Founder of Narrative Tides and Media Advisor at CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation. She previously directed Amnesty International’s U.S. media strategy and held senior communications roles at UNICEF and the International Rescue Committee. She holds MAs in Human Rights from Central European University and Sciences Po – Paris School of International Affairs. In 2025, she was named Gold Stevie® Award winner for Communications Professional of the Year.
