As France’s Climate Change Ambassador for COP21, she helped steer the landmark 2015 accord. She previously founded and directed the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI) and served as Chair of the French Development Agency (AFD). A professor at Sciences Po, she continues to shape global climate policy and sustainable development.
