Kailey Kimsa is a Researcher at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, where she focuses on climate finance and systems-level decarbonization across energy, transport, and materials. She previously served as Sustainability Specialist, Global at Colliers, supporting decarbonization, renewable energy, ESG reporting, and sustainability strategy across international real estate markets. Kailey holds an M.S. in Climate Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Managing for Sustainability, from McGill University.
