Anna Swaithes is the Chief Sustainability Officer at The Crown Estate. Prior to her role at The Crown Estate, Anna held leadership positions in sustainability and strategy, including as the Sustainable Development Director at SABMiller and leading cocoa sustainability for Cadbury and Kraft Foods. Anna also led the UK government's Inclusive Economy Unit.
