Aniella Niyondiko

Aniella Niyondiko is a United Nations Climate Change COP Impact Maker and the Managing Director of AHEZA IWACU, a leading waste management and recycling company in Burundi transforming domestic waste into organic fertiliser and supporting circular economy solutions. She also serves as the Executive Director and Legal Representative of Dukingire Iwacu ASBL, a non-profit advancing climate justice through environmental education, sustainable agriculture, and biodiversity protection. Aniella holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from OBS Business School and completed advanced training at Rutgers University–Newark and the Miller Center for Global Impact.
