Yana Popkostova

Yana Popkostova is the Director of the European Centre for Energy and Geopolitical Analysis. She previously served as Environmental Security Lead at the EU Institute for Security Studies and co-authored IRENA’s “Geopolitics of Energy Security” report. Her expertise focuses on the EU Energy Transition, industrial resilience, and strategic sovereignty.
