Tomoki Matsuno

Tomoki Matsuno is a Kenneth I. Juster Fellow at Harvard’s Weatherhead Center and Head of Research for North America at ISEP. While his work focuses on hydrogen, LNG, and energy transition policies, Tomoki also founded the Japan Policy Network to advance evidence-based policy solutions.
