Thomas Rodriguez is the CEO of CLC Solution, a strategic advisory firm supporting private and public sectors in establishing local content frameworks and optimising the socio-economic impact of large supply chain projects across the oil & gas and mining sectors. He co-founded ACLM (Association for Mozambican Local Content) and African Content, where he serves as Vice-President. He has worked on major projects across the African continent in more than 15 countries.
