Nibwene Mwakibinga

Nibwene Mwakibinga is an Independent Researcher in Climate and Energy Policy, based in Berlin, Germany. She is a contributing author to the report "New Visions to Replace Fossil Fuel Revenues in Angola, Senegal and Tanzania" (June 2026). She holds a Master of International Affairs from the Hertie School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Jacobs University Bremen.
