Jen Graham is the Senior Associate Director of the MIT Sloan Sustainability Initiative, where she helps shape the direction and long-term goals that drive the Initiative’s mission: empowering leaders to ensure that humans and nature can thrive for generations to come. She oversees the Initiative’s operations, communications, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the team is organized effectively to deliver high-impact programs.
