Terra Tuscany: uniting sustainability leaders for action

illuminem is proud to announce our official partnership with terras - the event organizers behind the most anticipated Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs) offsite in Europe, Terra Tuscany.

Bringing together a select group of around 80 sustainability leaders, including Chief Sustainability Officers and Environmental Leaders, Terra Tuscany is a targeted three-day offsite to address the critical challenges CSOs encounter.
The event has a highly limited number of seats (with early bird tickets only available until May) and will take place on September 2-4 in Toiano (Tuscany, Italy), in the sustainable setting of Villa Lena, a villa nestled between Pisa and Florence, and praised by VOGUE as a "dream vacation destination for barefoot luxury.”

What makes Terra Tuscany unique

Terra Tuscany offers an unparalleled opportunity for immersive learning, boasting a lineup of dynamic panels and interactive sessions. Speakers & Panelists include world-class industry leaders spanning energy, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, finance, automotive, and more. Here are just a few of the outstanding speakers already confirmed:

Unlike any other conventional conference setting, Terra Tuscany creates an environment where barriers between speakers and attendees dissolve, fostering genuine connections and meaningful exchanges. Over three days, attendees will have the exclusive chance to engage in intimate discussions with C-Level executives of S&P 500 firms and current and former state ministers. Elevating the experience further, networking opportunities will unfold amid various shared activities, like scenic hikes, captivating art tours, and exhilarating horseback rides through the idyllic Tuscan countryside. Terra Tuscany is an unparalleled holistic experience designed to inspire, educate, and leave lasting impressions and invaluable insights.

Goals

Terra Tuscany aims to cultivate an unmatched environment for forging in-depth business partnerships and personal connections. It offers three full days of immersive networking with C-level executives from S&P 500 companies and current and former state ministers, all within the intimate setting of a private Tuscan palazzo.
Additionally, Terra Tuscany addresses the 5 most common pain points for sustainability leaders:

  • Compliance & Regulations: Help organizations that are struggling with trying to satisfy regulations and evolving internal processes to keep up with regulation
  • Stakeholder Involvement: Gauging stakeholder expectations such as helping customers see the value in sustainable products, coordinating with peers, streamlining collaboration across the value chain, ensuring quality and accuracy of data about distribution partners, supply chain management, employee engagement, and risk management in community involvement
  • Prioritizing Sustainability Efforts: Determining which sustainability targets and initiatives should receive the most attention in the face of limited funding and workforce availability
  • Creating Incentive Systems: Who is responsible for what in terms of accountability, and how is your organization critical for implementing those systems?
  • Decision-Making Power: How to get execution power for implementing sustainable practices internally, and how effectively delegating and managing stakeholders converts sustainability goals into business strategy and financial impact

Don't miss out on the opportunity to connect with global leaders and spark real change. Spaces are limited to foster intimate discussions and exclusive collaborative opportunities. Request your ticket now.
