Raphaël Cario

Raphaël Cario is a climate policy consultant supporting Carbonfuture and the French Association for Negative Emissions (AFEN) on carbon dioxide removal and EU climate policy. He previously worked with ENGIE as a strategy analyst and contributed to identity and digital policy projects for the World Bank and the German Chancellery. His experience spans climate tech, geopolitics, and public policy across Europe.
