Armando Armas is the Founder and CEO of Miranda Global Consulting, where he leads strategic market entry initiatives across Latin America. He is a Member of Parliament in the Venezuelan National Assembly, where he has chaired the sub-committee on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Rights. He played a pivotal role in drafting the Law of Armed Forces (LOFAN) and has conducted investigative missions addressing human rights violations.
