Alveena Jadoon

Alveena Jadoon is a journalist and mental health practitioner, bridging fields such as journalism, civic engagement, community dialogue, and mental health. She is a Mental Health Coach at Overcome, an international mental health charity. Alveena is also trained in psychotherapy with a humanistic counselling foundation, having completed clinical hours in Humanistic and Integrative Psychodynamic Counselling, and training in MI, ACT, and CBT.
