Tom Mills is a Stripe Climate Fellow and Head of Policy at Mati Carbon, a leader in integrating durable carbon removal into agricultural value chains. He co-founded the first carbon removal industry association in emerging markets and led the world’s first CDR-Agriculture Integration Working Group. Tom has authored key policy papers to advance the adoption of carbon removal solutions in agriculture and mining. He also serves as a jury member for remove's accelerator and trustee of Rwanda Aid.
