Sook Yee Tai

Tai Sook Yee is Chairman of NO.17 Foundation and an independent non-executive director, with more than three decades of experience in corporate leadership, governance, and investments. She previously held senior roles at TPC (Tsao Pao Chee), including Head of the Chairman’s Office, Head of Group Strategies & Investments, and Group Managing Director of IMC Industrial Group. Her work spans strategy alignment, capital allocation, and sustainability integration across industrial and listed entities, and she serves on multiple board audit and risk committees.
