Sebastian Bonilla

Ruy Sebastian Bonilla is an Associate Professor and Royal Academy of Engineering Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. He specializes in the materials science of dielectric-semiconductor interfaces and their application to electronic devices. He has held multiple research fellowships, including those from the Research Council and Wolfson College. His academic work has included collaborations and research visits at several internationally leading institutes in applied physics and materials science.
