Madeline Bassnett

Madeline Bassnett is an Associate Professor of Early Modern English Literature at Western University. She is the author of Women, Food, and Governance in Early Modern England (Palgrave, 2016) and co-editor of In the Kitchen 1550-1800: English Cooking at Home and Abroad (Amsterdam University Press, 2022).
