Leonardo Beltran

Leonardo Beltran is a seasoned energy professional, serving as Mexico's Deputy Secretary of Energy in charge of the Energy Transition (2012- 2018). He is Advisory Group Chair of the Evaluation and Learning Initiative of the Climate Investment Funds and sits on the World Economic Forum's Energy and Industry Transition Intelligence Advisory Board. He holds non-resident senior fellowships at the Center on Global Energy Policy of Columbia University and the Inter-American Dialogue, among others. Beltran holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
