Kristian Ruby is the Secretary General of Eurelectric, having joined from WindEurope, where he served as Chief Policy Officer, overseeing the development and implementation of political strategy. Previously, he worked in the Danish Ministries of Environment and Climate and Energy and in the European Commission, where he served in the cabinet of the former Climate Action chief, Connie Hedegaard. He holds a master’s degree in history and international development.
