Göran Gennvi is the founder of Nature Academy Learning Lab and co-initiator of The Nordic Equation—an executive learning initiative developed in collaboration with the Stockholm Resilience Centre, PLANETHON, and others. As a Sweden-based pioneer in Nature-Based Leadership, he has spent over three decades guiding leaders through immersive, system-aware learning experiences rooted in ecology, dialogue, and personal transformation. His work bridges deep ecology and executive leadership, inviting decision-makers to lead from relationship rather than control. He has also been invited to China to introduce Nature-Based Leadership and to the country's emerging vision of ecological civilization.
