Dianne Plummer

Dianne Plummer is a Sustainability Consultant at STEM Spark Solutions and a Project Evaluator & Energy Auditor at Development Bank of Jamaica. She previously served as Contributing Writer at Forbes and as Head of Regulatory Projects at Jamaica Public Service Company. She holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy from Aalto University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Enginering from Kungliga Tekniska högskolan (the KTH Royal Institute of Technology).
