David Aaron Henry is a United Nations Climate Change COP Impact Maker and the CEO of Strategy Reloaded, a social enterprise focused on using business as a tool for social change. He leads a team of consultants specializing in strategy, people development, and sports management, with profits reinvested into his community initiative ReThink Youth. David also serves as the COO of Integrated Learning Solutions, a company offering online training in international trade and soft skills. He has a degree in Strategy Consulting from the University of the West of England and is pursuing a Bachelor's in International Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
