Dan Koivulaakso

Dan Koivulaakso is the Director for Growth & Climate at the Nordic Council of Ministers. With experience in policy, international affairs, and strategic communications, Dan was the State Secretary in Finland’s Ministry of Education & Culture and the Head of Cabinet for the Minister of Education. He has also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee for the City of Helsinki. Dan holds an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Tampere and a B.Sc. in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.
