Forest fire is one of the most destructive natural disasters that humans encounter regularly. With the accelerated global warming, fires are becoming more common across the world’s largest forests while fire policies are not updated to adapt to the status quo. This report analyses fire management policies in different countries and illustrate how they can be improved to better protect high-risk communities.
