Steve Fletcher is a Professor of Ocean Policy and Economy at the University of Portsmouth, where he directs Revolution Plastics and the Global Plastics Policy Centre. A UN International Resource Panel member and former Head of UNEP-WCMC’s Marine Programme, he supported global conservation agreements, including the Paris Climate Agreement. He is also founding Editor-in-Chief of Cambridge Prisms: Plastics.
