Samuel de Korte

Samuel de Korte is a historian specializing in Black American soldiers during the Second World War and Dutch military history. He is the author of works on the 614th Tank Destroyer Battalion and the Tuskegee Airmen, and has translated the memoirs of a Dutch officer who served with Napoleon in Russia in 1812. His work contributes to restoring historical visibility and accuracy in narratives of underrepresented WWII units.
