Grant Bybee

Grant Bybee is an Associate Professor and Head of School at the University of the Witwatersrand, within the School of Geosciences. His academic work focuses on geochemistry and petrology, with research spanning earth systems, mineral processes, and geoscience applications relevant to the mining sector. He regularly contributes to academic and public-facing discussions on mining and geosciences in Africa. He holds a PhD in Geochemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand.
