Derrick Jensen is an American author, ecophilosopher, and co-author of Bright Green Lies. He has written over 25 books, including A Language Older Than Words and Endgame, in which he challenges the unsustainable foundations of mainstream environmentalism. Derrick co-founded Deep Green Resistance and has taught creative writing in both academic and prison settings.
